I have a purchased version 4.8
Trying 5.1 no language tag
Saved in 5.1 and now can not bring up in 4.8

What's the solution?

This is one of the PRO features. 2 options:
Either you stay with your v4.8 PRO, or you update your license to turn your v5.1 Free into PRO. See here
