Ok, trying to find Luposian's voice. This guy had a commercial spot that I thought sounded very much like what Luposian might sound like. I'd appreciate other's opinions. Yay or Nay. If anyone else wants to take a shot at being Luposian's voice (needs to be an American English accent), feel free to submit this same dialog. I'm gonna pay him for his time, even if I don't use him (that's the honorable thing to do), but sure wish I could get this thing nailed down and be able to start creating more dialog. But until I'm happy with this one result, I can't go any further (dialog-wise)... unless I just do it all myself. And I really don't like my own voice (even modified, as I have it) for Luposian either. Hmmph. Frustrating...

hey luposian dev, i'd suggest you to hire this guy, his style is amazing and great for coppercube, i know that you are more into realism but coppercube objectively can't handle it, so, stylised lowpoly is the best solution here https://www.ambiera.com/forum.ph... also he knows a lot about coppercube and can code in js which is pretty rare in community |

It's a good thing I (wisely) registered my account. So fraudulent, demeaning, and derisively posts like yours can be seen for what they are... sad, pathetic attempts at a form of bullying. But I think envy is really the root cause of such a post. I'm not sure what absolute powers the Admin (Just_In_Case) has, but posts like yours, should not be allowed. In fact, anyone attempting to impersonate another user, in mockery, should be a bannable offense (IP blocked). Of course, I think anyone unwilling to register their account shouldn't be given free reign to post indefinitely either. In addition, I think no one should be able to post under another registered users name, which I think is a forum software weakness that should be addressed, if possible. luposian wrote:

Just a head's up, in case anyone cares... I think I've found Luposian's voice! I have four examples from one VO actor I actually like and think could work for him. Now it's just a matter of picking the BEST of those four... not gonna be an easy task. Further refinement may be necessary, but getting the right initial groove (general vocal direction) was the most important aspect. |

The latest update is now available. You can now hear Luposian's new voice, plus a small adjustment to his walk speed, to match his walk cycle better. Less "floaty".
