Nice - if you have some code that is tested and fixes something feel free to share - might be able to include it in my binary file. Yes, you can change the player collision shape to get crouching to work - that's included in my binary actually - I plan to us that to improve the player head bobbing also instead of the current rotation adjustments for head bobbing.... |

my idea is to split the workload into a free and exclusive patch. for example, the fog situation is a bug but the sphere sky is an exclusive addition. my fix for the on proximity behavior is a free patch. i am not interested in making money off this engine. i am independently wealthy from a myriad of investments. the few shekels i will make here are paltry to me. if you agree to split this into two avenues, then i will invest full-heartedly in the work. let me know. |

The minimal cost of $1 is the lowest itchio allows. I don't charge to make money on my source code improvements - its not about that but about certain individuals who have a very bad tendency to abuse and attack others here in this forum sometimes - even people who add lot of value to the community. That fee is to stop those negative people enjoying my code improvements as such people unless that swallow their pride don't deserve it - otherwise it would have been for free. That's part of the reason actually and also its a token way of showing appreciation for someone's hard work albeit very small token as too many enjoy others hard work yet never show any appreciation or thank them for it - its a type of enforced thanks...this is just my way... I may change this in the future but not atm. |
