If you optimize your model it would be better.
Right now if i want to make long corridor it makes it very heavy..

You have cylinder objects used as stripes that is put halfway inside the wall[you dont need that part to be there at all]..
[if you split cylinder half for example you can use one cylinder and have 2 stripes]
[also your cylinder have many segments that makes it heavyer]

In short: The less triangles in 3d model the better it is.

You can check it in coppercube scene metrics also:
For example i have 2 floor building with many rooms and my game have 15230 polygons.

If i add one segment of your corridor model then my scene have 29774 polygons- that means one segment of your corridor is almost same heavy as my full scene.

Anyways its a good model and the more free models we have the better it is.
