Collision problem - HELP !

HI !

I am creating a third person platform game. I created a characted and placed a camera under him ( third person ).
The result is perfect, the characters move with the keyboard....etc
BUT there is a big problem ! He dont touch the ground ! Like he is flying a little bit. His yellow sphere is a little bit down and he never touch the ground which is bad because i added a behaviour 'when character touch ground restart level".

Please help me to fix this problem !

Hi , select the ''collide when moved'' behaviour and then change the ''relative postion'' property. There will be three sections. x , y and z. In the number 1.0,2.0,4.0 - 2.0 is y. You need to change the y so that the yellow collision cylinder can move up. If you are using a default coppercube prefab character like the 'clerk', Change the' y 'of the 'relative position' property to -12. That should fix it.
