Hello,

Is it possible to make an hyperlink pointing to another directory than the default "rc_images" directory ?

I mean, even if it's possible to write an hyperlink to one file like:
"...\pdf\filename.pdf" ,
the code in the page will be :
"...\rc_images\filename.pdf".

Thanks,
philri

You can upload the .pdf manually, and link it manually as well. For that, in RocketCake, in the HyperLink dialog, use as link type "Website", and enter the URL where you uploaded your pdf, like ..\pdf\filename.pdf

That should work.

Yes, thank you, this is a nice workaround.!

I'll consider this case as solved.

But for me this is a bug in RC !
I don't understand why RC modify the code so every internal link point to only one subdirectory !

BR,
Philri

I think it just uploads all non HTML/CSS files into that folder for easy maintanance, and you can't really change the url of such special links. You can change that folder's name in the options, btw.
