Hey, I'm having alot of trouble with this. I've done everything it says to do and I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. This is the notice that pops up, please help.

Could not find the android 8 platform at C:\Users\nc\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\platforms\android-8\android.jar

Be sure you specified the correct Android Sdk path in the options dialog, amd that you started the Android Sdk manager, And downloaded Android 2.2 (API 8)

Hang on, I figured it out, sorta. It exports now, but it doesn't install to device on my Samsung Galaxy S4. I also copied the .apk to device files and tried running it from there but it says "There is a problem parsing the package". I don't think it's a problem with my phone, because I made a quick test app in Android Studio and it works fine on it. Any Ideas?

Do you have unusual characters in your application title or application package name?

Also, the file size of the apk is significantly smaller then the .exe version of the same game, is that normal?

you might have forgotten to install the correct 'API' as described.

please follow this tutorial closely and u have 0 problems, it works for me... i have done tests on galaxy edge s7, galaxy A5 and huawei P8 lite, all android devices.

if this is not the issue, it maybe so you have to install it in the C:// drive directly.

Alright so I made another step of progress. The apk now installs to the phone but stops at 71.84% loading, and then crashes. I was sooo close and excited and then nope. any idea's?

Reading back i see you are using a galaxy s4 device. This is a somewhat older device and maybe your app is just to big? Or has to much going on for the device to handle... (No error message at all?)
I have seen someone posted a video with testing on galaxy s4 on youtube and it was real laggy.. he had moving objects in in and u could see the device had trouble running it.
At the moment im testing on a huawei p8 lite, cheap device but it comes with an octacore so it runs my tests pretty well so far. If your looking for a cheap 1 go with this type of phone.

When you start coppercube just try and create an app directly from the scene where you only see that basis cube and see if it runs.... Or put your current app in a dropbox link and i will test it for u on my device
And im just thinking of it,but did you clear the cache memory on your device or RAM memory?

Best regards

Monray, I guess your app might be too big. How big is it? (And yes, .apk is usually a bit smaller than .exe since it is compressed)
