New behaviour Text animation....

I have Created a behavior to animate simple static Text of 2d overlays...

Not going to write much about the behavior...

Download the exe file from the below link and get to know what this behavior will do.

Don't have screen capturing tool so can't upload Youtube video...

Wow simple and very cool

I can see as well that there is an orientation from both sides (right to left and left to right)

Thanks! @ Techno-Valley yeah... If you use multine in 2d overlay text then text will animate from left to right, and if you use center it will animate from right to left....

@Zackalexei thanks , and no this behavior can be used only with yhose scenenode which can draw text on screen...
Currently it supports 2d overlay only...

Thank you @ rolevix that is why i created this... It can be usefull to someone.. i need this in one of my project which leads to the birth of this behaviour...

just_in_case, can you create a climbing script.

You go near a plane or object with this plugin on it and when you press a button your character changes animation and your character is attached to the object but you can move around on it. That is until you press the climb button or collide with an object so you go back to a normal state.

The climbing action can be done without scripting.

simply the same way as you've said.
Just define two levels near the ladder start and end.

@54Newstar as @Techno-Valley said... You can do that without sceipting... That can be done the same way i told you to create elvetor...

Just use an on proximity behaviour on the base of ladder and the top of ladder...
But his time instead of changing position of the player and the object...

Use something like on a key pressed do something

For example on key pressed 'W' change postion of the player to +1 in upward direction...usually y axis...

And on pressing key 'S' change position of the player to -1 downward direction ... Usually negative of y axis...

This way your play can move upward and downward on the ladder..
