For the second question: You can adjust the gravity of your scene in the scene root node. Together with other jump values in your behavior, you should be able to achive the effect you want.
For jumping when pressing long space: Hm, that's a good question. Maybe this could work with scripting somehow, but for now I wouldn't know a simple way to do that.
