The easiest way is probably to use a "Object or Person controlled by Keyboard" behavior, and select the "UseAcceleration" option. Then use a very low value for 'Decelleration'.
But there are various other ways to do that. You could script a behavior for this. Or use a 'every seconds do something' behavior and a 'change position' action.
