A quick question if I may... I am using an iframe to display content selected from the horizontal navigation menu. If I make a link from any of the menu items on the horizontal navigation menu by setting the link to 'Page in the project', and pointing the URL to the page to be displayed and setting the target to 'other' with the name of the iframe in the adjacent box then the content is displayed in the iframe as expected. If I do the same but link from any of the drop-down menu items from the same navigation menu then the content is displayed in a new window even though that is not the target that was selected. Is this feature implemented or will I have to add the iframe target manually to the code when I need to link from a drop down menu item ? Thanks for any help ps: Love using the software. It is so simple, flexible and uncomplicated. Will almost certainly buy the professional version. |

Hi, tested it and you are right, this is a bug. The target of a link is currently ignored when the link is in a sub menu. Will be fixed with the next update. But it works with this workaround: As link type, select 'website' and in the URL edit field, write this: javascript:window.open("http://www.ambiera.com", "myframe");Where you replace the 'myframe' with the name of your frame. Then it works. |
