Hello! Is it possible to create open world on CopperCube ( Like TES3: Morrowind ) ? And how load player position on scene after save and exit? |

Hi, basically, this could be possible, but you would probably need to hide (make visible/invisible) the parts of your world which are far away manually, for performance reasons. This is a feature which is planned to be automatic in a future update, btw, but for now, you would have to do this manually. But it shouldn't discourage you from starting with your project already :) |

i tested this already with that inter radius trigger. it should work for now. enter radius make visible/exit radius make invisible. i used these models http://opengameart.org/content/some-ryzom-buildings |

A lod plugin is in the plugin section. This does the same thing, I requested last year so I could my Rage android clone demo. |

So, is disk streaming or some way of automatically unloading objects and textures not seen been created yet? Mike |
